Waddilove High School

Waddilove High School is a Methodist Secondary School in Harare, Zimbabwe. It was established in 1891 by Methodist Missionary John White.

The name Waddilove was in honour of Sir Joshua K Waddilove, an Englishman, philanthropist and founder of Provident Financial who bequeathed 1,000 Sterling which resulted in the constructrution of 2 big dormitory complexes for both boys and girls.

The school transformed from a Mission Station to Teacher Training College. The school bosts of former students who were made to head the newly formed government in 1980. Amongst them were; Staleck Samkange, Dr Herbert Usehewekunze, Dr Sideney Sekeramayi. The famous author of Akadya Neganda Remhuru, , Mr C.M. Matsikiti.

The school is situated close to the famous Muti Usinazita.

Some of the past headmasters are; Most notably Mr B.T Chakanyuka, Mr Gwanzura, Mr Murefu, Mr Moyo, Mr Manhera
